Add workflows trigger based on number of times an automated email was open
I'll be great to add as a trigger the number of time a certain automated email or campaing was open by a contact.
You guys currently have the number of interactions certain contact has with an automated email inside marketing/email section. However as users we are not allow to use that data to trigger a worlflow.
Example of use: Create task to sales team for users that opened/clicked a certain email/campaign. That way marketing can send several emails and sales act on the contacts that shown more interest.
