Add unsubscribe link to sales emails sent from extensions
A number of our support staff and admin staff don't need access to Hubspot so they use outlook. It would be useful if the link could be used for Hubspot in outlook as well.
In our Marketing emails, we have an unsubscribe link.
It is possible to include an Unsubribe link in the one on one emails sent from HubSpot. However, it is not possible to include that same link in an email sent from Outlook.
Our sales team is requesting an unsubscribe link that they can add to their email signatures (in Outlook) as well. In some cases, the contact might not be created in HubSpot as yet or the salesperson might not want to check the log email to Hubspot option as yet. In that case, the contact can be created in HubSpot, once the email recipient clicks on the unsubscribe link and confirms that he/she would like to unsubscribe.
When I sent out an email via Gmail, then the unsubscribe Linkdoes not appear in the header or footer. Now that Gmail and Yahoo require the unsubscribe Link also in 1:1 Emails, it would be amazing, if we can add the feature. I also just talked with the customer support who shared, that this is currently not possible.
