If admins were able to "track" a users activity that would be helpful to see what they have been doing. You can see some of the activity of a team but being able to go to a specific user and see everything including updates to contacts and companies, merges, etc would be helpful.
This would be really handy to understand: Productivity metrics and efficiency What users are actually using the platform and where most time is spent
Also extended out to team activity and workload
I know you can report on particular activities such as notes and calls etc. but I really want to know how many tickets a team or user has updated. Tickets closed by owner won't show this as often a ticket moves between multiple teams/users and pipelines, so while one pipeline may have very few closed tickets in, it does not mean tickets have been actioned by the team and moved on.
