I have written my playbooks to align with stages. When the user gets to the bottom of the playbook, the last question is "Are you ready to move on to X stage."
I have to use workflows to accomplish this now. They tend to be slow and the user needs to refresh the browser. Also, workflows can easily "break" if you're not careful.
