Add the Ability to Tag an Email

Need a better way to organize emails in the activity feed.

The ability to "tag" emails so if you need to look back at previous emails it's faster than just going through the search functionality. You can simply look for all emails tagged as "billing" if a client requests an invoice you sent 6 months ago, for example.

Absolutely agree -- the ability to add a tag/topic/label seems like a basic email functionality -- our previous email software (Outpost) and its predecessor (EmailCenterPro) had this, as does Gmail, and even the old cheapo email, Juno.
