Add team signature when sending from shared email outside of Conversations
At present, if you reply by email to a Ticket from the Ticket page, using the Shared Team Email address, HubSpot does not add the Team Signature.
However, it does add the Team Signature if you respond to a Ticket from within the Conversation Inbox.
This is confusing and is not consistent behaviour.
Therefore, please can you change the Ticket page to add the Shared Team Signature to the reply, if you are sending the reply from the Shared Team Email address.
@cwh8944 it's still on our radar! I can't make any promises, but we're hoping it can be a follow-up item to Multiple email signatures, which is in beta right now.
When creating a new email from a record such as a contact, it would be more convenient if the sender is the email address set in the inbox, so that the team signature is reflected.
I couldn't agree more that this is a must-have. We're trying to unify our brand voice through automation tools but we can't automatically keep our signatures consistent. As a new customer, I'm surprised and disappointed with this funtion gap.
They are completing tasks via the CRM and send out emails from the contact record regularly. Although they have set up team email signatures they are not able to populate them when sending replies within the CRM. As they have many different team email channels and signatures they would benefit from being able to automatically populate the correct team email signature. At the moment, they are using snippets as a workaround but having team email signatures apply to wherever team emails are used would be best 🔝
Hallo zusammen, bisher wird die Signatur des Teampostfaches ja nur übernommen, wenn ich direkt aus dem entsprechenden Postfach schreibe. Wenn ich eine Mail aus dem Deal, mit der Teamadresse verschicke, wird meine persönliche Signatur genutzt. Dieses Vorgehen ist nicht logisch.
REQUEST: Bitte beim versenden von Mails, mit der Teamadresse, bitte auch die Signatur des entsprechenden Teams setzen und nicht die persönliche.
This is a must have. We just started with hubspot and I never thought I'd need to diligence how email signatures work on the support desk. We need movement on this.
The article was opened on 22.06.2020 and till today Hubspot looks didn't have any interest to fix it.
What for a work. It let the question comes, why should use HubSpot for sending Tickets and Team emails? If after 2 years they didn't have interested to fix it.
Have the ability to create a email signature for a team email in one spot. Currently, the connected channel team email signature is only effective for Inbox and not emails created from within a Service Hub ticket/record. We need to manually add the (HTML) email signature block manually for each user.
for us also... its a nice option to send emails out of deal directly to the customer, but its useless if there is no signature added automaticly. its not even possible to add a signature that was previously created... please fix that asap!
