Add tags to social media postings and feedback
Currently we can relate one campaign to a social media posting. However, frequently we would like to be able to filter planned activities in the Calendar, or metrics in the results dashboard, in other ways then just per campaign.
It would be very helpful if we could assign a selection of tags to each social post and feedback on these posts in the inbox. Think of: tagging which team has posted, or which team should answer on feedback, using tags to categorize social postings and comments as 'compliments', 'complaints' or 'questions'.
