At the moment it's not possible to insert tables in the drag and drop email editor. Even if we paste table HTML in the source code, it gets stripped away when we save it.
Current workarounds include:
Add a screenshot of the table instead:
However if the email client is blocking images, this information will not show up
Use a custom module with a HTML table:
This means that for every table I want to insert in my emails, I need to create a new module
Being able to add tables to drag and drop emails will be a really useful feature to have for those want the flexibility of DnD, but still want to structure their information clearly.

Hi Contributers, thank you for the idea and for all the feedback, This feature is not available for Marketing Email yet. We have discussed this as a team and are hoping to review this soon, but this is not planned for development in the next quarter. For transparency and clarity, I am updating this issue to 'Not currently planned' for the time being. I will update here once we have plans in place.
Overall our team is very happy with Hubspot. Unfortunately it is the small things which pisses the off, to be honest.
Being Able to create or copy paste a table into an email should be a piece of cake. As tables are a very common way to communicate structured information in sales or CS this should be possible.
I think it should also be possible to copy paste files, e.g. emails or PDFs, into emails.....instead of uploading them manually which is not handy at ALL. So my message here is- your editing features for email need som love 😉
This would be very helpful. Yes, there is a screenshot workaround that works, but if one change is needed in a single cell in the table, a new screenshot and an upload can be cumbersome.
This is an extremely important feature. A lot of email exchanges where it is necessary to send information in a table. Please put this into production. It is urgent.
It is very disappointing to see that a CRM tool that claims to be a marketleader does not even offer basic functions. Worse, it's been requested for 4 years and Hubspot just ignores it!
Team is very unhappy to keep switching to Outlook as such features are a must in the working world. Please fix this because otherwise we are happy with Hubspot.
I'm shocked this feature still isn't available. The quality of our emails, since switching to HubSpot from Gmail, has declined because we're unable to paste tables from Excel/Sheets. I now have to paste a screenshot, which would be fine if I was only sharing data, but I also need my recipients to be able to type their response into one of the cells (which obviously doesn't work with screenshots).
Please add the ability to add tables in emails. It could be part of the WYSIWYG builder or something that could be hardcoded in the HTML code. Either way would work for me. When I try to hardcode a table now, it strips out the HTML for the table.
Also upvoting this feature request, I'm shocked it's not part of the standard email functionality. Including screenshots simply wont work for us as we need representartives to amend key fields prior to sending. It seems like this has been requested by many customers over a long period of time so the requirement still remains..
Really disappointed to fingure out there is NO WAY we can have a table in an email template. We use HubSpot for our client onboarding/implementation process, which needs to provide key information to the client upon handover to support. Listing this information without a table has been problematic and clients often miss details. PLEASE look at this.
This is a must have. It's crazy that after all this time, you haven't provided this in the tool. Come on Hubspot team -- this is basic functionality! We should not have to create an html module or past an image. Simple request that would make a lot of your clients happy. This is a business tool!
