Add script for hyperlink to autofill info in calendly in an automated email
Hello,
I will be sending a calendly link to contacts that meet a criteria after completing a form. I would like to be able to add the calendly script to prefill the HubSpot contact information to the link in my email for easy integration.
This would be a huge help and enhance the integration that currently exists.
Hi @MRutherford , wanted to share a suggestion for your workflow to help - if you're open to using a 3rd party!
For context - we're a no-code form builder tightly integrated with HubSpot. We typically help HubSpot users when they have advanced forms need like creating specific interactions (multi-step, prefills, maps, redirects...) or automation (create/update custom objects and associations, query...) vs. the standard feature.
With Gluetrail, you can build a 2 step form with contact info then conditionally (based on a specific criteria either from the form inputs or enriching w/ HubSpot data) display a calendar as a second step or a simple thank you page. The calendar can be powered by calendly and pre-filled with information already captured. That way, your contacts can book a time directly on the same page vs. in a follow up email.
