Add regions to languages

Ability to add regions as well as languages to the Knowledge Base, i.e. Australia, UK, NZ, etc

Our product is supported in several Indian languages, and we will add support for more languages soon. We host our how-to articles in KB. Since the only Indian language supported in KB is Bengali, we are blocked from providing a full experience to our users in the language of their choice. 

 

Why just one Indian language??? Why limit at all?

We operate 90% in Iceland and it is pretty hard to ensure all our content is localised in Icelandic. Having our content in Icelandic will resolve so many issues as we develop bots. The combination Icelandic - English is not great customer experience so adding this language to the knowledge would be greatly appreciated.

We also would need Estoniand and Latvian languages to provide full service to our customers.

Hi all! I've consolidated a handful of related ideas about an expanded list of supported languages for multi-language knowledge articles. Please continue to upvote this idea, but good news -- we're making progress here! I'm unable to provide a timeline, but the work is underway. It's been 6 months since last comment from Tilly. Any updates? Please get Icelandic our customers are not happy with seeing all information only in English... we can localise hundreds or articles as we scale...
