Add received feedback to contact and company record
Hi,
I would like to see the received feedback that a contact fills in after receiving a survey from HubSpot, in the contact and associated company record in the right side panel.
Right now, this is something you only see in the Feedback submission but why are you not able to see that in the contact record and the associated company record?
This is a great idea, I would love to see this implemented as well!
Custom surveys can then function as an 'external playbook' where a client can fill out data in the survey which is then logged to HubSpot contact & company object.
We also want to log ALL feedback against the company, not just the contact level. Our use case is teachers at schools completing feedback. Each school can have multiple trips per contact, per year, and with different contacts each year - and from a school account management point of view, it makes sense that we can see everything at the school level (associated company). I think the issue is that Tickets are associated at the company level, but Feedback is only at the contact level.
