Add "Quantity" in "creating custom line" in quotesmodule
When creating a custom line in a quote, one can currently only registert hourrate, but one have to save and go back to the overview to registert "quantity". This is not effective and may be a source to forgetting adjusting the amount. One should be able to both registert amount and quantity when creating the custom line.
