Add "In Contact's Time Zone" to Delays based on Date Properties
I’m rebuilding WareSpace’s workflows that are triggered based on a contact’s Lead Status; specifically “Tour Scheduled”.
For one of the workflows, I’d like to fire a meeting (tour) confirmation SMS immediately after Date of last meeting booked in meetings tool is known. Okay.
🚨 This is where the FEATURE REQUEST comes in 🚨
I want to have a delay based on a Date Property (Date of last meeting booked in meetings tool). The workflow should send an SMS 1 day before and the day of this value @ 8 AM…🥁✨in the contact’s time✨.
As it sits, the Delay based on a date property only fires based on the account’s time zone; for WareSpace, we are ET.
This is harming our ability to deliver SMS tour reminders at 8 AM regardless of any of our 11 locations across the United States. 🇺🇸 Possibly, but most likely harming show rate.
