Add "Email domains to block" to meeting link forms
Please add the "Email domains to block" feature that is available on regular HubSpot forms to meeting link forms.
This will prevent meetings being booked from personal email addresses and creating duplicative records for the same contact, which messes up reporting, our sales routing rules, etc
This would be extremely helpful for my Sales team. They get multiple meeting requests from Gmail addresses and they are always junk no-shows. We need to restrict these requests from tying up their calendar and let them focus on work email addresses.
Agree with this. Almost every non-work email address is a waste of time, either being a no-show or doesn't get qualified, usually due to the fact they weren't seriously considering the solution at this time, hence them using the personal address.
In the forms section, we should be able to choose whether we want to have "email" or "work email", which will sort the problem of B2C and B2B filtering.
