Add "Email domains to block" to meeting link forms

gdkersey

Please add the "Email domains to block" feature that is available on regular HubSpot forms to meeting link forms.

This will prevent meetings being booked from personal email addresses and creating duplicative records for the same contact, which messes up reporting, our sales routing rules, etc

We need this! im tired of no shows that were never going to be shows.

This would make our world a whole lot better. Otherwise we will have to stop using meeting links on our website and only for one of time use cases which would be a pitty.
Tools like chili piper and calendly even offer this functionality out of the box.

This feature is necessary, please consider adding it!

Yes - this is making the meeting functionality worthless in campaigns. My sales team are losing faith with the number of spurious meeting requests coming in.

It seems like such a simple fix which would benefit so many - please make it happen and help us stop wasted AE/BDR time

Yes this is highly needed. I also wish there was better reporting for meeting links as well.

Wow, people have been asking for this super-simple feature for a long time. Please implement this!

Hi, this is a must have for the Hubspot Meetings Widge to have any value to capture leads,

This feature is already available on other form types, why not on meeting booking forms?

@AndyPitre , @Dylan  I think this is a must have to not have to switch to calendly or other tools! 🙏

We would greatly appreciate a custom field for email addresses when booking meetings to avoid spam and unqualified businesses from booking meetings on our calendar. We would like to prevent free email addresses like those from gmail, hotmail, and yahoo, from being permitted to book meetings.

This is such a no-brainer feature that would have been added to the beta version of Hubspot. Please add this. Filtering legitimate inbound requests from spam is critical. Thank you for taking this seriously.

Unbelievable that after 2 years, a feature which would take a few hours to develop (since it already exists for forms) is STILL not implemented.

Even no mention of it being on the roadmap or anything... . Hubspot, step up your game please, this is a hygiene factor, solve the basics first before implementing features which noone needs.

This would be a nice addition!

Echoing what others have already said. This feature would be immensely helpful in reducing the number of free domain no shows we get.

As a B2B, being able to edit the preset fields to change the "email" requirement to "work email" would also be very useful.

This is really needed. The CRM keeps getting filled with junk emails, messes up with reporting, fills Sales rep calendar spots, and adds manual logistics to deal with it and keep everything tidy...

I don't know which CRM this company uses for their form, but they have this implemented and it is great.  This is what this should look like.

@klarsonOHHubSpot Forms can block email domains... the problem is meeting links you can't.
