Add "Create date / time" to Ticket properties

Ticket properties" includes "Create date."  The option to include the time would be useful as well: "Create date / time".

This idea is very helpful for monitorization purposes. we can control the time that we receive more tickets and decide whether or not we should extend our support time for instances.

It's imperative to have Date and Time stamps visible on a Ticket, so you can prioritise Tickets and use this in workflows to calculate SLA performance.
