In contacts you're currently able to filter by the "contains exactly" function. However, it doesn't have that filter in workflows or lists.
When people fill out forms, sometimes in the first name property they put their name and their spouses. Ex: Jack and Jill. I was trying to make a workflow that sent me an internal notification anytime 'and' the word was used in the first name property. However, with the filters the workflow currently has, it was pulling every name that had 'and' in the person's first name. Ex: Randy, Andy, etc.
I talked to support and they confirmed it wouldn't work currently.
Hello! My name is Hallie, and I'm a Program Manager on the CXM Team. I'm excited to share that this feature is now available! In lists, workflows, and advanced filters, you'll see an option for 'contains exactly' as well as 'doesn't contain exactly' for string-based properties. This is available for all Hubs and Tiers. 🙂
