Our use case is that we have sales engineering resources that we need to report how many meetings they attend vs. their own activity/productivity. Since the Meetings that they are invited to are NOT assigned to them (as they are assigned to the sales rep they support), we cannot measure this activity. If we could report on attendees, this would solve my issue.
It would be helpful to understand whether they hosted the meeting or attended, a breakout in the report to differentiate would be nice rather than just increasing the activity count for every attendee.
This option would be very helpful; I have several use cases, including the ability to report on what other team members (apart from the meeting creator/owner) attended meetings.
This is becoming more and more vital. We also have sales specialists and we ideally need to track the meetings they attended and with whom so we can ensure they are actively being used.
I don't see how anyone could not need this functionality. Any organisation working with larger teams and groups of salespeople needs this functionality to ensure proper documentation and evaluation of activities. Such functionality makes it possible to create detailed reports on sales activities, monitor the performance of individual team members and make strategic decisions based on data.
I assumed that HubSpot was designed specifically for those organisations that need this type of advanced sales and marketing automation. After all, HubSpot offers a variety of tools aimed at optimising sales, improving team collaboration and ultimately increasing revenue. Especially for companies with large sales teams, this functionality should be an indispensable element of their daily work.
I just tried to create a meeting report with attendee information and I am absolutely shocked that this is not available. The info is right there! This and meeting duration. We are collecting all this data and it is being sucked in to a black hole never to be seen again. Why HubSpot, why???
This would be very helpful. At our orgainzation we often do dual calls and would love the meeting to log against both staff members as it counts towards their weekly meetings goal.
