I would like to be able to add my co-workers as "Followers" of a ticket, task, or client without it being necessary for them to enter and click on "follow".
We are able to do this in Jira, and it's very helpful to keep colleagues updated on status of issues without their need to own the ticket or go click "follow".
Agreed, this is frustrating this feature does not exist when it's super common on other ticketing platforms. I shouldn't have to create a task for 4 other people to manually go in and follow the ticket. I've been searching for workarounds on the forums and have not found a solution to date.
