Add options to billing frequency

When configuring your line items in a deal, the billing frequency drives the deal amount. However, It's monthly, one-time, etc. But there’s no weekly as an option.

For example, when entering a deal and it's 3 months long, it isn't accurate because there's not 4 weeks on avg in a month, it's 4.3

So my forecasts are always inaccurate.
