HubSpot currently has the ability to link a CTA to an email address so when you click the CTA, it opens up a new email to a specific email address. This is great, however, it would be even better if we had the ability to add multiple email addresses or be able to CC another address. In many cases, businesses need more than one person emailed/ kept in the loop. Right now the only workaround I see is to forward the email to the other user after the customer sends the emails.
