We have released a change to Calling that allows users to connect with partner providers right on the HubSpot platform (see the list here) or Twilio Connect, and use those providers to make calls to any countries offered by those partners, at any time! Previously, you had to first use up your HubSpot minutes in order to choose which provider you wanted to use, which prevented HubSpot from really solving this problem.
We will not be expanding our list of default countries, but will continue growing our partner network so calls to any countries can be made on the HubSpot platform!
Re: Add more supported countries with Calling - changed to: In Planning
It would be perfect if Hubspot's team can update some countries: Turkey, Vietnam, Thailand, China, Philippines, Malaysia, and Lebanon as emerging ones could increase your prospects in the near future, both Hubspot professional users and CRM users.
Indeed, I hope HubSpot will address this asap. At the moment, there is only one African country represented and the only middle eastern country is Israel. Besides the lack of functionality, it gives a negative sentiment to international organisations and teams operating in the regions.
I'm just testing out to check the system capabilities and features. But unfortunately, I can't test the Call Log Record for my country. It would be great to have that kind of function available for my phone number.
Any of you guys know why it's only available for certain countries ? and
How is the process to make it available for my country "Myanmar" ?
