Add more personalized Chat widget placement options

1. the chat box is too big for the screen so the top gets cut off. This is especially important as students who've chatted in previously won't be able to go back and start a new chat if they're not able to access the top of the chat (as logging into chat doesn't automatically create a new chat)
2. the chat bubble is too high up on the bottom right of the screen which is also causing the issue above, and there's no way to further distinguish where you'd like the chat bubble to go beyond "right and left". More personalization of the chat would be nice. 
3. main issue with the chat is that the chat automatically continues on the same thread as a past chat instead of starting a distinct new chat. This leads to higher Ops burden in tracking these old chats with new requests that don't appear as a new chat in Hubspot. Would be great to add this as an option when creating your chat bot, to create a new chat or to continue on same thread if the same user reaches out to chat multiple times. 
4. Categorization of the nature of the chat request would also be nice before the start of the chat for tracking purposes. Example listed below.

As we are tailoring our use of the chat bot, we are finding that the placement options of only left or right are getting in the way of some action buttons on our pages.  it would be great to have a floating option...!
