My company accounting department needs to generate invoices from two different companies based on location. This changes billing data and tax ID which I can manage to set from invoices presets.
However, my logo is always the main logo of my brand.
I would like to request for the preset to give me the option to choose amongst my brand kit logos which one I want for each preset.

I am also dealing with the same issue and I was wondering if you found a work around? We also have multiple locations and need to be able to create seperate invoices for each location. It would be great to be able to customize the invocies using one of our brand kits!
We also have this issue, not just with different locations, but we utilize various sizes of logos and some do not look appropriate on an invoice (such as our default logo in HubSpot).
