We're currently unable to send an internal SMS in a conversation workflow. If I want a sales rep to be alerted by SMS to a new website chat they're assigned to, I need to use a conversation workflow to assign some custom properties that can then trigger a contact workflow that will send the SMS. But if there are any delays in this process (and we had a 40 minute delay this morning), the alert doesn't happen—and it needs to be immediate for website chat.
My team is small, this is an extremely tiny portion of their weekly work, and so they need a serious alert to stay on top of these. In-app alerts or emails just aren't "loud" enough. Please add this so smaller teams can get access to quick and reliable SMS alerts for new conversations.
