Context: For data enriching and outbound initiatives, our sales team needs to be able to export the company records they are assigned to. However, at the moment, enabling the Export setting allows reps to export ALL records they are assigned to, including Companies, but also Contacts, Deals etc. which isn't suitable for data confidentiality reasons (particularly Contacts data).
Request: Would it be possible for Hubspot to add more granularity in the Export setting so we can select the type of records we wish to allow reps to export? In our case, this would allow only allow reps to export company records, and not contact and deal records.
