At the moment for hubspot social monitoring, you are able to view and reply to comments and interactions on social posts, but not direct messages.
We're in the process of transferring over from using Hootsuite, which allowed us to monitor and reply to our private messages as well. It would be great to be able to do this on hubspot so all of our social monitoring could be centralised in one place, rather than us having to use multiple different platforms (our whole reasoning for getting hubspot in the first place).
Our business has multiple social accounts and it's very tedious to have to go into each and every account separately to reply to messages.
This is a great idea! Having this all in one space allows for greater transparency over social accounts and reduces need for other social tools. Very necessary to our jobs
