Add external PDFs into quotes for signature

We handle huge customers with sometimes additional requirements for legal documentation. So we need a way to add a few contract pages or filled out forms to the quote as additional pages and move them through the e-signature process.

That way we have all the needed documentation in one final quote and ready to sign.

This would also help to add testimonials or case studies or additional project plans and timelines to a quote and have them signed.

We also need a way to ask for more information when they sign the quote.

Hey there,

We need to be able to send a term of agreement (or other document) along with the quote for e-signature.

Right now, there is a Hello Sign integration, but the prospect will receive 2 different emails for signature: One to sign the quote from Hubspot, and another of from Hello Sign for the term of agreement.

This is really breaking up our sales process since we've switched from Zoho to Hubspot and we're loosing lots of time to follow up for these signatures.

Much needed feature!

Also upvoting. Our use case: complicated statements of work (sometimes 10+ pages of styled text, sometimes including embedded graphics) that need to accompany quotes, detailing exactly what is being done, with the customer's acceptance binding them to the transaction exactly as detailed. The existing commments and terms boxes in quotes today aren't sufficient.

Needed functionality. Client is using various formulas in Excel to create quotes, and this is not going to change. The HubSpot Quote tool is very limited.
We need to upload a PDF where it is possible to E-sign this PDF.

HubSpot custom quotes are awesome, and very flexible. I am having a hard time figuring out this challenge though.

How can we insert additional PDF pages in a quote, to include adendum or MSA or other documentation that needs to be included in the final signed PDF that is rendered once a quote (which lives as a landing page until signed) is signed?
