This has been suggested several times by other users. My suggestion: search for this and add your vote/comment on the most-voted for post. HubSpot looks at the number of upvotes and comments.
Agreed. We would like to be able to customize the pre-meeting reminder as well as set a post-meeting follow-up for certain types of meetings booked through hubspot.
