Add create custom report from Marketing Events (BETA) data
We like the ability to export the data in Marketing Events BETA into a report.
Specifically, we would like the option to create a report that could go into a dashboard that would offer a graphical representation of registered contacts versus attended by webinar name and not just the webinar ID. In addition, it would be great to be able to break down the attendees of events by audience type which is a custom property. Since Last year, we have been running a very high number of webinars (30-40 per month), and so creating a report by individually inputting individual webinar ID's each month is far from ideal.
Currently, the Zoom event information (webinar name, registrants, and attendees) appears to only be available on a dynamic basis in the marketing Events area and HubSpot have confirmed this is not currently available to export into a custom report.
Would be great to have insights on our physical marketing events. Currently its not possible to create marketing events from hubspot and if you use 3rd party tool like eventbrite or other, you can create event records, but you can not properly report on them. Only way to get some insights is to create a journey report, but this is very limited!
This functionality would be incredibly beneficial for us! Without the ability to visualize and see a report of contacts and what events they have engaged with the data is not very useful for us.
