Add comments to documents

Hi,

It would be nice for Hubspot users to be able to add comments to sales documents. 

Here is a use case :

- Marketing team creates sales documents and uploads them to Hubspot

- Sales team sends documents to clients and depending on client feedback wants the document updated

- Sales team needs to send an email to marketing

It would be much better if the sales team could directly add comments to any sales document in Hubspot

This idea can be extremely useful for businesses who depends on clients documents for approval. To add, it might be useful if there will be a tag and comment feature on each attachment.

1. Ability to tag each attachment either accepted or rejected
2. Ability to comment on each attachment
