I'm confused whether this field will be exposed to the client. It appears like it was intended to be internal, however because the field is grey like the meeting description, feels like it *would* show to the client since both fields are the same color, unlike comments. Comments appear in yellow, which seems to me that those are distinguished differently so that you know. However, this is very confusing. It seems like anything client facing should have a color applied as a caution and anything internal is grey/white. I've tried to search the help site and nothing on this exists.
