Add capability to customize meeting link experience

AVara

As the demand gen manager who has responsibility for website conversions, I want to use a meeting link to schedule demos in a round robin fashion with our sales team.

Here's what I'm running into:

- Since I'm creating the meeting, I'm default as the organizer so the URL slug contains company.com/my-username/book-a-demo. Not that I think anyone will notice that my name is in the link and doesn't match that of a sales rep, but would be nice if that part was either not included or able to configure.

- When I embed the link on a web page, my photo displays on the page. So I selected a company logo instead, but the space is so small, I can only use a portion of the logo. I had to change my personal image to just a gravatar of our logo.

- The background color that the logo displays on is dark due to the primary branding color set in the account, so I have to use a white version of the logo, which does not display well in the confirmation email. I can change the primary color to a lighter color, but how does that affect the whole account if I set a different primary color?

- The confirmation email should allow for a little more formatting. It's not the best experience to confirm something as important a sales meeting.

- It's nice to have the ability to include the description in the reminder email, but it reads wierd if the description was "Thank you for scheduleing a meeting." and the reminder says "This is a reminder of our meeting. We will discuss: Thank you for schedule a meeting." I should be able to edit that copy so I can provide an agenda.

I totally agree with this. It is annoying that there are not more customizable features. Particularly in my use case for the URL slug and for the confirmation/reminder email formatting.
