Add/associate form submission activity with deal along with contact

Submitting this idea that would allow a form submission activity to be automatically associasted with a deal. At the moment, the form submission activity only appears on the contact record, and would be great if you could have the activity also show up on other associated records as well, either manually or automatically.

I would really love this. We use forms to create deals, and it's hard to see some of the information about a customer from the deal that was captured on a form, like if they would like an invoice or if they'd like materials sent to their home or business address. I am currently using a workaround to copy form data from a contact record to a deal record with custom propoeries and a custom card on the deal. Not ideal.

I really hope this is finally implemented this year - it's so needed. A "form submissions" section on the right sidebar would be the most ideal.
