Add an option for 'Send and set Ticket Status to...'

When replying to an email on a ticket, the system automatically sets the Ticket Status to Waiting on Customer (as that's what we've set up in config) but it would be great to have an option to manually set the Ticket Status when you reply.

 

A use case for this would be when I know I've given a final response, I'd want to use 'Send and set Ticket Status to Resolved'. Currenetly, it's easy to reply and forget to resolve the job.

 

This would require the Send button to have an optional drop-down where you can choose the new Ticket Status to set when sending. I only deal with tickets, but I can see this being useful in other areas.

This would be very helpful, this is a feature in Freshdesk and one that I currently use all the time.
