Add ability to change order of create line items form
When creating a custom new line item with a deal ("Add line item" > "Create custom line item"), the order of the fields isn't editable.
There is already the ability to edit the order of the fields on the actual line item page once the custom line item has been created/saved, but at the point of adding them into the form you can't edit their order of the fields
