It would be great if there was a way for a workflow to send an email on a certain day of the week, but not a specified date. For instance, when webinars are conducted every week on Thursday, it would be a VERY helpful feature to have the ability to trigger an email send to those who completed a form for a webinar and became new enrollees of a smart list. By adding a "send email on X day of the week", we could send an email on the morning before the webinar every week to new enrollees of the smart list, but not to those who have previously received the email. This would serve as a weekly reminder email to new smart list enrollees, and would also get rid of the hassle of creating a workflow for every Thursday of the year.
The workflows team is currently looking into a way of configuring workflow settings to permit users to select specific weekdays for actions to execute!
