I WANT TO See a brief description / info tip / expandable help field for pipeline stages that lets me know the intended criteria / conditions for each Deal Stage
SO THAT I can accurately reflect the Deal Stage for my Deals.
This would be a really helpful, especially as a sales process matures, stages and pre-requisites become really important. Descriptions of stages would help with training and alignment of the sales team, but also help to clarify things for more arms length users that need to look at the pipeline.
We have property descriptions, and it would be awesome to have stage descriptions. This can help align sales teams on exact deal stage criteria. It can also help Sales Managers better field stage questions from their reps. I also like the feature of hovering over a stage or an info button and seeing the description.
