Add a "Ban" Option for Deleted Contacts or Companies
I would like to suggest adding a new feature to HubSpot for handling deleted contacts and companies. When a user deletes a contact or company, there should be an option to "ban" them, which would prevent HubSpot from automatically recreating them if it receives an email from the same source. This would help in cases where you no longer want any new entries or associations from that email or domain unless you explicitly choose to unban them in the future.
This feature would enhance control over data management, especially for users who deal with unwanted or irrelevant contacts or companies that keep reappearing in the CRM.
I love this idea I keep having a problem where I have like a wix emails and other promotional emails coming into our system and us having to delete it this will solve that
It is so frustrating that connected inboxes ignore the "Permanently Delete" option of Contacts!
