when a meetings is booked. If the attendee no show, the reps have to open the meetings details--> click on actions menu--> choose modify--> click to result menu --> change to nothing to display

whar do you think to have a quick button or menu in a meeting to indicate a no-show. After that we could use a workflow to proceed with specific action (automatic email to remind the customer , task)
