Hello. I'd like to request adding a main template to the knowledge base that displays subcategories in addition to the top/suggested article. This way managers can improve the structure and categorization of their knowledge base and facilitate better UX as users can find what they need easier.
Attached is a sample of my knowledge base which is already broken down into subcategories. Appearance-wise it looks cleaner and more structured, and users can easily find the information they need based on the submodules. It'd be highly beneficial if we could adopt this functionality in the template as well, which currently doesn't allow subcategorizations.
