Add a custom field / property to the Users profile

It would be helpful to have the ability to add a custom field / property to the Users profile. For example, our Hubspot users have a user ID assigned by our financial software. It would be great to be able to add a field titled "Financial Software ID" to their Hubspot profile so that our CFO can run cross-referenced reports he needs.

This would be so helpful to have.  We'd love to have a field for the user's direct manager in order create workflows that are assigned to "users" but we want visibility also to a user's direct manager.  This will also solve the role hierarchy ask.  Is this on the roadmap at all?
