Add a Copy URL Button on the Files Table

Reduce clicks to grab the url for a file by adding a Copy URL button on the Files table itself, instead of having to open the details area to find the url.

Hello community, to make this even more seamless for customers, it'd be even better if we were able to export the file URLs from the UI directly!

Currently, the only way possible is via the Files API but this isn't useful for customers without developer support. For my customer's use case, they are "migrating our website to a new infrastructure and need all of our HubSpot file URLs to ensure we're linking to the right places as we do so."
