Add Workflow Enrollment to Deal List Criteria

The new Deal Lists functionality is very helpful, but it would benefit from a more robust set of criteria for membership.  In particular, I would like to see workflow membership be available as a potential list criteria.  This is especially useful in situations where we are troubleshooting workflow errors.

This needs to be prioritzed if we are going to call HubSpot a "Smart CRM". The amount of manual labor involved in checking a breakdown in a Deal or Ticket workflow without this filter is so high.

Yes! Workflow enrollment should be able to be used as list building criteria regardless of the object.

If we can base a workflow on it, we should be able to build a list based on said workflow enrollment.
