Add Timestamp as a property

Perrakoski

It would be beneficial to have Date stamp & Time stamp (system time, eg. YYYY-MM-DD & HH:MM) as available properties in Hubspot. So that one can pick date or time stamps to use in snippets or workflows.

Please implement this asap - it's a showstopper for our use of the Service Hub

How is this not already implemented???? Mind blowing... This is 100% a show stopper for us...

It's absolutely RIDICULOUS that this feature has been in the idea backlog since 2018...  Without even so much as an acknowledgement from support or representatives of HubSpot. I did a search on the idea backlog for this feature request and it's been requested nearly 100 TIMES. C'mon HubSpot...

Having all UI-based elements, in this particular case event timestamp, accessible for use in workflows and/or the API is a must! It shouldn't as complex as a completely new feature given this information is already stored in a log (details of event attest to this) somewhere.

I would love to have this functionality as well!

This here is a prime example of how little HubSpot cares about its customers once they have signed up. Once they have you, they have you. What are you going to do? Set up a whole new CRM?

How the **bleep** is this not a feature? This seems so basic. So you cannot calculate time between two events using HubSpot? For all the bells and whistles some of the most basic things you might need are lacking 🤦‍♂️

Seemingly no roadmap on this either? (or even acknowledgement for that matter?) Very dissapointing.

Also it would be great if we set a timer count down for the ticket like if we set a due date for the ticket and we should see the count down timer running in the pipeline for that ticket so that we do not miss to take followups on the open tickets and also will be able to respond customers more efficiently.

Weird to not have this option for creation and close date of tickets where you have to follow service levels.

One workaround is to make 3 seperate fields:

- Event Date (date field)

- Event Time (dropdown select in 15min increments)
- Event Timezone (dropdown select of needed timezones or offsets)

You could then create a custom coded action that enrolls when any of these change which would update a datetime field (in javascript we convert these into a datetime object). Not a great solution and requires a programmer to etup, but this will allow your staff in Hubspot to at least set/update a users Event date and time and have that auto update your datetime field.
