Logging this idea on behalf of a customer. Currently, with manually logged emails there is no option to add a subject line, and if this can only be included within the body of the note.
Adding a 'Subject line' field to the log email window, would allow users to search and filter email engagement content more efficiently; and to use workflow and list enrollment linked to the subject line.
Agreed. It would also be great to add a customized subject for calls. That way we can more quickly find the calls we are looking for and don't have to read the notes of each one.
