Add Rich Text (WYIWYG) Editor to QUOTE Descriptions

We would love to add pullets and formatting to the "Description" box within a quote. 

 

Currently, we have to use ' - ' to indicate a bullet.

I agree...even a bolded line item would add a lot more to it. Due to a few drawbacks of this tool, we HAVE TO use the description field to update the product catalog. A formatting tool of said text would go a long way to circumvent another shortcoming of the quotes tool right now.
