Add Rate This Knowledge Base Article Option For Readers

In other knowledge base tools, there is an option to add a user feedback tool in the form of, "Was this article helpful? Yes No"

 

This would be an easy way for us to understand whether or not we need to revise certain articles. 

 

You could show a simply dashboard result in the article statistics page.
