Add Permission to Edit Columns in Help Desk Workspace

For our use case, we'd like permission settings to be able to edit columns in the Help Desk Workspace.

 

We only want administrator-type users to be able to edit columns in the Help Desk views in this Workspace to ensure our staff aren't all using Help Desk differently and are looking at the columns of information that we think is most important.

 

Currently, any user can edit columns for their individual experience in the Help Desk, which means there is no administrative control over the data your team is working from in these views.

 

There is also no idea category for Workspace or Help Desk, so I selected Tickets.

100% agreed. This would be a major help to standardize the help desk experience.
