We should have the ability to add the meeting location information somewhere on the meetings booking page. Many contacts who book meetings often ask where the meeting will be held, as they don't check the event details once it's booked. I know you can add location information but that only gets entered into the calendar invitation and doesn't appear on the meeting link or confirmation page.

However, there are not plans currently to add the location to the confirmation page, so I am moving this to 'idea submitted' for the time being.

Hey @NCO! An idea being open for a certain amount of time, or receiving a certain amount of kudos, does not guarantee it will be implemented. The team will update the status if they decide to build this 🙂
@glencornell, the screenshots from 2022 are the same ones you posted in 2017. Why is it we are still waiting for this?
The other big missed op for all of us and unable to deploy the meetings tool is missing the ability to track conversion on the meeting tool and then see the onsite activity took place before or after the conversion. I love calendly, but would drop them immediately if I could pick up this conversion view. 5 years @glencornell. 5 years. Unacceptable.
This is essential functionality that we cannot believe didn't work when setting our meeting page up! That it is not included and MIGHT be squeezed between other projects as a nice to have is ridiculous. This tool is so close to being great, but currently it is just frustrating and time consuming - it is supposed to save time.

No, there are no updates and there won't be any. Some feature requests for even more basic functionalities remain open for even longer. At HubSpot they are not interested in customer issues wich are easely fixed. It is better to switch to another system, because that is what we are going to do. Saves a lot of money too.
The basic idea of a meeting is to "meet each other" at a specific location and a specific time....how difficult can it be.
Its absolutely unbelievable that anno 2024 we still cannot add a simple location field to a meeting....Did anyone at Hubspot ever check with a couple of salespeople on this???
80% of the meetings wee book are through Google Meets, we would greatly enjoy having the option to choose 'Google Meet video conference' or otherwise just 'Video conference' and the perhaps ea dropdown with several different options. Additionally, should this option then also automatically generate a Google Meet link, then that would be the tripleA+ solution for us ;).
WHY is this not implemented? This is insane that something so simple and so standard for ALL CRM's and schedulers has taken 2 years to even get in "planning". We pay good money for your CRM and this among other things should be fixed, period.
